Blagoveshchensk is a unique Far Eastern city located right on the border with China. Cross-border trade, construction, and the mining industry are all thriving here. In Blagoveshchensk, shipping containers serve as much more than just warehouses—they are also used as modular offices, cafes, and temporary storage for imported goods. We deliver them from the ports of Vladivostok and, during the navigation season, directly via the Amur River.
Main Logistics Routes to Blagoveshchensk
Blagoveshchensk is a unique city situated on the Chinese border, and its logistics landscape differs drastically from that of European Russia.
Via Far East Seaports – The vast majority of containers arrive through Vladivostok, Nakhodka, or the Port of Vostochny. From there, they travel along the Trans-Siberian Railway (Khabarovsk–Blagoveshchensk section), a journey that takes about 2–3 days. Road transport is also an option via the A-370 "Ussuri" federal highway and subsequent regional roads. While slower, this is sometimes necessary for deliveries to remote areas.
River Route via the Amur – During the summer navigation season, containers from Chinese ports (such as Heihe) can be shipped directly to the Blagoveshchensk river port. This is the fastest option (1–2 days) and is frequently used for urgent shipments from China. However, it is strictly seasonal, operating only from May to October.
Land Border Crossing – Containers traveling from China by rail via the Zabaikalsk–Manzhouli border crossing can also be rerouted to Blagoveshchensk. However, this route takes longer and requires additional transit clearance procedures.
